Resident Advisor Junior Content Manager


Role Summary:

As Junior Content Manager you will be part of the Global Content Network Team and responsible for managing and creating content like artist, label and club pages on RA, to ensure we cover a wide range of genres and scenes within the world of electronic music. You will also assist with recruiting and managing RA’s ever growing Contributor Network, which supports local scenes across the world through local content and editorial, accurate and up to date event listings and a focus on local artists, labels and promoters.

Another main task is to ensure our artist, label and venue pages are up to date and accurate. Since the non-editorial content on RA is largely user-generated, it is crucial to ensure that information is presented in a consistent way across the site. As Junior Content Manager, you must be proactive in driving RA forward in the way we maintain, present and manage content on RA. 

Contract: Full time

Create event, artist, label, and club pages 

Help create content for  areas without local staff 

Assist with hiring and training of City Managers 

Manage City Managers 

Help improve and optimize RA’s CMS

Create event, label, artist and club pages requested by the editorial team 

Ensure regional club listings for upcoming city festivals are regularly updated

Identify and create all RA-relevant artist profiles for upcoming festivals

Help creating a new system for handling RA’s venue database 

Weekly feedback sessions with Content Manager 

Further develop our content training handbooks and create video tutorials 

Help organise communication channels for the Global Content Network like regular newsletters, IRL exchanges and workshops
