Job description:
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to join our partnerships team to build relationships with potential brand partners. RA has a legacy of delivering brand partnerships with the likes of Nike, Absolut, Sonos, Apple Music, Audio Technica, Pioneer and many others. The opportunity exists to facilitate conversations with a breadth of emerging and established brands that share our values and want to create a meaningful connection to our culture.
Annual salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:
Create new business opportunities with brands and foster new relationships with potential partners that align with RA values
Own the sales pipeline to ensure calls, meetings and brief KPIs are met on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Generate sharp and stylish pitch decks for potential partners
Attend brand activations, conferences, and other networking events to develop relationships
Manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally to deliver world-class brand partnerships
Contribute to delivering the Brand Partnerships strategy, ensuring all project KPIs and financial targets are reached
Keep up to date with the brand partnership landscape
Professionally represent the RA brand at all times
Requirements:
An impressive track record of winning high-value business
Experience within the cultural partnerships sector
Understanding of brand/agency processes, sales cycles and how to deliver tangible pitch insights
An extensive list of contacts across brand managers and creative/PR agencies within the alcohol, travel, lifestyle and tech categories
Confidence with pitching and presenting ideas
A passion and deep understanding of electronic music and culture
