Great article Nav! It’s definitely underestimated how much a nutritious breakfast can improve your day. Also trying to get into the habit of not going on my phone in the morning and doing something more productive.

100%! Meditation is the number one thing that has helped me. If I just take out 5-10 minutes each morning, it boosts my mood, helps me to think clearly and feel much more confident about my day. This then allows me to write better, promotes creativity with my design processes and pushes my productivity.
