How Anxiety can Impact our Faith & Spirituality

Hi everyone,

I hope you are keeping safe and well.

As you may know, it was World Mental Health Day on 10 October. At a time where it doesn't seem the virus will be slowing down and restrictions could be getting tougher, it's only inevitable that many of us may be feeling anxious, frustrated and lacking in faith.

Last year was an incredibly hard year where my anxiety was through the roof and I began to doubt myself, my sense of self-belief took a big hit and I wanted to share my experience and guidance with everyone.

I have written a blog post centred around the impact anxiety can have on your faith and confidence where I talk about limiting beliefs, religion and spirituality. You can take a look here.

During testing times, I really believe the biggest thing that gets us through is having hope, even in the smallest things. So whatever it is that works for you, embrace it and hold it close to you.

Thank you for sharing Nav. Uncertainty often causes me to feel anxious, especially over the past 6 months. I have found that meditation works well for me. I can think of a few friends your blog might help and I have shared.
